DELUXE DETAILS PLANNING PACKAGE

If you are looking for a full, all encompassing package – this is the package for you! With this package you receive the benefits of the day-of coordination package, plus exclusive access during your planning months to the planner for full research, referrals and meetings and consultations. As well as some fun perks that no other package offers!

Rates: starting at $2000

Package includes:

  • Pre-event consultations and assistance (up to 10 hours total), which includes:
    • Sourcing of up to 6 vendors, including referrals, meetings and contract negotiations
    • Consultation on decor plans
    • Assistance with arranging rental items
    • Detailed review of the day’s events
    • Creation of program flow/timeline
    • Vendor confirmations 1-2 weeks prior to the day of the event
  • Graphic design of menu cards, ceremony programs, table numbers and place cards
  • Ceremony Rehearsal supervision and coordination (if required, up to 2 hours total)
  • Wedding/Event day coordination (up to 12 hours total), which includes:
    • Itinerary/logistics management
    • Coordination with both the bridal party and groomsmen throughout the day
    • Coordination with the Photographer
    • Ceremony & Reception set up (as needed)
    • Liaison between the couple, vendors and family
    • Supervision of vendor set up, payment and day of communication
  • Wedding Night Package (valued at $500)
    • Allow us to create a romantic setting for you in your hotel suite!
    • Package includes: romantic candles, rose petals, snacks and bubbly!

DECOR STYLING PACKAGE

This is a great solution to those looking to eliminate the need for an additional decor company by allowing Top Drawer Weddings & Events to help you plan, style and execute your day exactly the way you wanted. Choose from some of our fantastic rental items, or have us help you find that specific piece you are looking for.

Rates: Starting at $1350

Services include:

  • Pre-event consultation and assistance (up to 8 hrs total), which includes:
    • Sourcing of up to 6 vendors, including referrals, meetings and contract negotiations
    • Consultation on decor plans
    • Assistance with arranging rental items
    • Detailed review of the day’s events
    • Creation of program flow/timeline
    • Vendor confirmations 1-2 weeks prior to the day of the event
  • Day-of Decor set up, which includes:
    • Supervision and styling of the decor set up
    • Coordination with both the bridal party and groomsmen throughout the day
    • at least 1 assistant for a total of 4 hours (as needed, based on decor plan)
    • Ceremony set up
    • Reception set up, including all decor elements established during the planning sessions
    • Liaison between the couple, vendors and family
    • Supervision of vendor set up, payment, reconciliation and day of communication

MONTH-OF COORDINATION PACKAGE

Are you looking for someone to keep control of your day so that you can relax and enjoy your moment? This is the package for you! This is the package for you! The Month-of Coordination package includes hands on interaction with the vendors and venue to ensure that your day runs smoothly from start to finish.

Rates: starting at $600

Services include:

  • Pre-event consultation and assistance (up to 4 hours total), which includes
    • Detailed review of the day’s events
    • Creation of program flow/timeline
    • Vendor confirmations 1-2 weeks prior to the day of the event
  • Ceremony rehearsal supervision and coordination (if required, up to 2 hours total)
  • Wedding/Event day coordination (up to 12 hours), which includes:
    • Itinerary/logistics management
    • Coordination with both the bridal party and groomsmen throughout the day
    • Coordination with the photographer
    • Liaison between the couple, vendors and family
    • Supervision of vendor set up, payment, reconciliation and day of communication
    • Coordination on gift collection and security (if required)

THE ‘DIY BRIDE’ DECOR SET UP PACKAGE

If you are the ‘Do-It-Yourself Bride’ that has organized or created all your decor items ahead of time but needs someone to help assemble these elements on the day of, then this is the perfect package for you!

Rates: $450

Services include:

  • Pre-event design and decor assistance (up to 6 hours total), which includes:
    • Consultation on decor plans
    • Assistance with arranging rental items
    • Graphic design of menus, programs, etc
  • Day-of decor set up, which includes:
    • 1 day of assistant for 4 hours
    • Ceremony set up
    • Reception set up, including placement of guest favors, escort cards, etc

PRINTING PACKAGE ‘ADD-ON’

Need help designing and printing some of those small details that help bring your wedding style and theme together? Let Top Drawer Weddings & Events help with this by adding on this in-depth and creative package that allows you to be in control of the graphics for a great price!

Rates: $250

Services include:

  • Design and printing of ceremony programs (up to 100 prints)
  • Design and printing of menu cards (up to 150 prints)

DESTINATION WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES

Thinking of traveling south for your wedding? Top Drawer Wedding & Events will get you there in style and for an affordable price!

Christine is a Certified Destination Wedding Coordinator through Canada’s only Wedding Coordinate Institute, The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada. With her extensive planning experience there is no doubt that your destination wedding with be an event your friends and family will be talking about for years!

Rates: starting at $1000 with customized packages available (additional travel costs may apply)

SPECIAL OCCASION PLANNING SERVICES

Top Drawer Weddings & Events not only focuses on weddings, but also plan private events and functions!

Let us help you plan, organize and produce the perfect party! Whether it’s a holiday party, retirement party, baby/wedding shower, or family reunion, we’ll help you make it a special day!

CONSULTATION

Feel like you need help getting started? Whether you’re having trouble thinking of a theme, narrowing down a venue or have too many ideas and need help sorting through them, we can help you do that!

This package is perfect for someone looking to bounce ideas off of us and then take those ideas and fly! Not everyone wants a personal wedding or event planner with them throughout their entire planning phase. This package offers the initial help you may need to get you on the right track!

Rates: $50 for the first hour / $25 for the following hours

Services include:

  • Pre-event consultation and meetings (as desired)
  • Brainstorming session and presentation of ideas
  • Theme generation
  • Colour palette discussion
  • Wedding etiquette
  • Discussion on some of these hot topics:
    • how to make a small budget stretch
    • how to incorporate different backgrounds and cultures
    • where to begin the planning stage

ADDITIONAL COSTS MAY INCLUDE

  • Travel cost of $100 to venues outside a 60km radius from our office. Travel cost includes two visits to the venue location for meetings as well as the day of the event. Additional trips will be an extra charge
  • Should the guest count exceed 150 guests, there will be an additional charge based on the final number
